Recall of Unapproved Drug - Brilliant Blue G Compounded by Franck's

On May 4th, FDA updated recall of Grilliant Blue G (BBG) from Franck's Pharmacy. FDA has received fungal endophthalmitis (eye infection) case reports in patients associated with use of BBG. BBG is not an approved drug in the U.S.
